Review for Ntinas Filoxenia Hotel & Spa in Skala Potamia
I had a wonderful stay at this bright and ideal hotel. Everything was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. the staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to assist us. the breakfast was delicious and included, adding to our delightful experience. the service was excellent, especially at the lovely onsite restaurant. Plus, being just a 5-minute walk from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station made everything even more convenient.

It is well placed - good access by car, close to the beach. The closest beach (200 m) is very nice: fine sand, clear water. It has a supermarket with fair prices. Employees are nice, willing to help. It looks exactly as seen on the virtual tour (we rented a maisonette).
Although wireless internet was mentioned in the offer, no internet connection was available in our rooms. I rented a maisonette - beeing situated on the outer ring (limit) of the ntinas perimeter. The wireless internet connection worked fine in the pool area (for example). The "Sea View" is overrated - there was only 1 room (out of 4) from where you could see a (small) part of the sea.

New apartment complex, very well designed architecturally and well built. Comfortable and spacious apartment, good double room. Well stocked supermarket belonging to the same complex is a big advantage and very convenient. Friendly staff esp. Hotel owner Mr Nikos Ntinas. Overall, the place stands out as quality accommodation in Skala Potamias in Thassos (Greece) so if you choose the location, Ntinas Apartments is a logical decision.
NB: We stayed in low season so a lot of the comments might have to do with this fact. 1. We booked one apartment and one double room (parents and kids seprarate); we ended in two different buildings. 2. In connection with point 1: the hotel does not have internal telephone network so connection between rooms is impossible. 3. The rooms were cleaned once (!) for a seven day stay 4. Exactly same breakfast everyday 5. Would strongly recommend "where to go and what to see" added value from the regular staff.

The facilities are nice. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and were generally please, besides the few comments below. The location can't be beat and it is reasonably priced.
I would not go back in April. It was a bit chilly and there is no central heating. The wifi also didn't work in the apartment except for the balcony. It is great however, as a summer location May-September.

I expected sea-view room, but I only got a window looking at roofs and power supply poles behind which was the sea!

The room even the cheapest one was spacious and very well furnished. The A/C worked perfectly, the towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned every other day. We even had access to a kitchen. There is a big veranda with a cafe bar and a pool. The WiFi was free although a bit slow at times. Parking was not provided but was available right in front of the hotel. The beach is about 20-30m away and has amazing sand a chrystal clear water. The prices in the cafe and the hotel's store were reasonable. All in all great value for money.

It is very close to the beach, rooms are big, clean and comfortable, there is a supermarket near the apartments with good prices.
Pool is very small. Economy rooms are at the -1 floor, there is no view, the rooms are big enough and clean but there is a kind of smell in the Economy rooms.

Excellent location, very close to the sea, changing sheets at every 2 days and towels daily; apartment looks exactly like in the presentation, well stocked shop in the complex with decent prices; we had no problem with the parking inside complex but there are no parking places available for all apartaments / rooms so my advice is to reserve one in advance; friendly staff
weak and slow internet wireless connection; no sea view at least for our apartment (and we booked one with sea view); for hot water you have to wait a bit until the tank heats
